Praying for Others

03Feb

This week's message taught on intercessory prayer. Consider these questions as they apply to your life.

1. Please share a passage of Scripture that depicts praying that helps you focus on intercessory prayer?  If you don’t  have one, would you consider picking one to help you when times are tough?

2. What is your biggest roadblock to prayer?  Unanswered prayers? You don’t know what to say? Does praying aloud in a group makes you uncomfortable?

3. In what ways is this message asking you to move out of your comfort zone regarding intercessory prayer?

4. What is the hardest thing about unanswered prayers?

5. Take one synoptic gospel (Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John) and highlight every time it says Jesus prayed. Notice what happened before and after Jesus prayed.
