ClassesLivermore
This is an 8 week class that helps equip individuals to care for others who might be going through life struggles. It is an overview of Mental Health and includes topics such as: Active Listening, Personality Differences, Family of Origin Dynamics/Dysfunctions, Love Languages, Forgiveness, Grief, Attachment Styles and Issues.
Meetings will be held at Cornerstone Fellowship, Livermore and if more comfortable, you can join online.
Tuesdays 6-8 pm, January 24th- March 14th
Cost is $40 to cover materials.
