Here is some additional info and a timeline regarding the upcoming Students trip to Mexico!
We'll be partnering with an organization called YWAM (Youth With A Mission). We have partnered with them at this specific vision trip in Ensenada for years. Our team and our students have always had an amazing experience learning about God, being filled by the Holy Spirit and being the hands and feet of Jesus every year we've gone. We are so excited to go back!
Timeline:
Sunday, January 7th: Interest Meeting
Thursday, February 1st: Online Sign Ups Open, Price Finalized
Sunday, February 25th: Fundraising Meeting, All Gifts are Tax Deductible, No Refunds Can Be Issued
Sunday, April 7th: Payment 1 of 3 Due
Tuesday, April 9th: Last Day to Register/ Last Day to Drop (Chaperones Included)
Sunday, April 14th: Mandatory Team Training #1
Wednesday, May 1st: Proof of Passport
Sunday, May 5th: Payment 2 of 3 Due
Sunday, June 2nd: Mandatory Team Training #2
Saturday, June 1st: Completion of Online YWAM Required Medical and Liability Waivers
Sunday, June 2nd: Payment 3 of 3 Due
Sunday, June 24th: Purchase Travel Visa (Do NOT do this until 2 weeks before your trip because border protocols change often)
July 9th-July 16th: YWAM ENSENADA MEXICO TRIP!
