September 12, 2020 | John Orozco
Our broken past, and our sinful past, can be much like this looming/hovering smoke the Bay Area is experiencing! We CAN find rest. We CAN find comfort. We CAN discover true security in the peace of God; In knowing that Jesus did what we could not do for ourselves. Join John Orozco, as he opens the Bible to the book of Romans, Chapter 8, continuing our journey through the Everyday Theology series.
Did you make a decision to take a next step with Jesus today or would you like to explore what a next step for you may be? We would love to come alongside you! Check out https://cornerstoneweb.org/nextstep/

Throughout the Everyday Theology sermon series, we will explore foundational tenets of the Christian faith as revealed in chapters 5-8 of the book of Romans. Rather than giving us mere knowledge about God and His plan for restoring our relationship with Him through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, we will learn from Paul who urges us to understand what it means to have more of God Himself and the life Jesus died to give us — right now and for eternity.
