Nakuru Children's Trust
In 2002, Cornerstone Fellowship began a mission to rescue street children in Nakuru, Kenya. Since then, we have supported well over 300 primary, high school and post-secondary students seeking to meet, not only their physical needs of food and shelter, but to also provide them an excellent education, and help to develop a deep faith in Jesus Christ and a strong Christian character.
We have seen many of our students complete their education and become nurses, teachers, accountants, carpenters, electricians, tailors, hairdressers, etc., as well as others who have started their own business or use their expertise in computer science and information technology to begin supporting themselves and help their families break the cycle of poverty.
One of our greatest joys has been to see our students initiate “giving back” to others in need in their communities, using their own resources.
We currently have many students in need of a sponsor. We would like to invite you to join Cornerstone’s efforts to change lives in Kenya.
