What is Empowered to Connect?

Empowered to Connect is a two-day event that features Trust-Based Relational Intervention methods developed by Dr. Karyn Purvis and Dr. David Cross.  It is designed for attendees to experience practical teaching in a safe and supportive environment.

Empowered to Connect was founded by Dr. Karyn Purvis and colleagues to provide online resources and parent training that is designed specifically for adoptive and foster parents.  However, we have had many non-adoptive/foster parents benefit from the training as well!
