Season of Serve

Walnut Creek Campus

Check out some of the ways you can serve people in our neighborhoods and around the world!

Voice of the Martyrs Action Packs
available for $5 starting November 24!

Fill and send an Action Pack with supplies/hygiene products for a Christian family being persecuted in high-risk countries for their faith in Jesus.  Each pack includes an instruction sheet listing the products to include and how to mail the filled pack.  Our campus goal is to fill and send 87 Action Packs!

Gift Card Drive
November 24 - December 15

Donate gift cards in $10 increments to local coffee shops, ice cream, movies, bowling, eatery, etc. and let's bless the teachers at Meadow Homes Elementary and our county Social Workers!  Our campus is excited for the new ways we are partnering with Meadow Homes Elementary, a low-income school in Concord; as well as with Contra Costa County Children and Family Services Agency, who serves local foster children and families.  This is a great way to show them our appreciation for what they do!   Look for the Donation Drop Off box in the lobby on Sunday morning.

Blanket Making for Local Families
December 8

During Sunday morning services, our Kids and Students Ministries will be making blankets for the kids and families served by Vestia, Inc.  Vestia is a local non-profit that serves low-income and under-resourced families in our community.

Respite Event for Foster/Adoptive Families
December 14, 10:30am to 1pm

VOLUNTEERS

This is a great opportunity to serve our community at Christmas time. Help set up, tear down, serve snacks and lunch, man a craft table, and hang out with the kids.
